Perched at the edge of Pier 57 with panoramic views of the Hudson River, ofCorsica! is a vibrant waterfront restaurant that brings the rustic charm and authentic flavors of the Mediterranean to New York City. Inspired by the sun-drenched island of Corsica, this chef-driven concept is the latest destination from City Winery founder Michael Dorf.
At the heart of ofCorsica! is the cuisine of Executive Chef Andrew Minitelli. With a deep reverence for seasonal ingredients and a commitment to simplicity, Chef Andrew creates dishes that are both refined and soulful. Drawing from his classical training and experience in some of New York’s top kitchens, including most recently as Executive Chef of IRIS, he delivers bold, authentic Mediterranean flavors with finesse and creativity. Expect fresh seafood, vibrant produce, olive oil artistry, and the largest selection of Corsican wines in the city.
The space captures the breezy elegance of the Mediterranean coast, with soaring arched ceilings, natural textures,artwork by acclaimed artist Tobi Kahn,and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with light and offer breathtaking views of the Hudson River. A beautiful communal table in the back comfortably seats up to 12, perfect for festive gatherings and special occasions.
A standout feature of the dining room is the curved banquet seating that defines much of the space. Thoughtfully designed to encourage connection and comfort, this layout creates a casually sophisticated atmosphere that feels elevated yet unpretentious.

Andrew Minitelli — Executive Chef
Andrew Minitelli brings a refined culinary pedigree and deep expertise in Mediterranean cuisine to ofCorsica, a restaurant defined by its "Elevated Rustic" approach to coastal Mediterranean cuisine. The menu will draw inspiration from across the Mediterranean region — including Spain, France, Italy, Greece, the Levant, and North Africa — blending soulful tradition with refined execution. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, Andrew has honed his craft in some of New York’s most celebrated kitchens, including as Executive Chef at IRIS, part of the Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser group, and Chef de Cuisine at Osteria Morini under the acclaimed Altamarea Group. His work has received widespread acclaim, including a 3-star review from Newsday and recognition in Thrillist’s “Top 25 Italian Restaurants in America.” With his creative vision and deep understanding of Mediterranean flavors, Andrew is the ideal culinary partner to bring ofCorsica’s vibrant, coastal experience to life.
