Chef Andrew Minitelli brings a fresh, seasonal approach to Mediterranean brunch, with dishes that feel both familiar and unexpected — from our Classic Omelette with mascarpone, pecorino sarda and Kaluga caviar to our signature Branzino with brown butter, hazelnuts and lemon.
A rotating lineup of emerging jazz musicians sets the soundtrack each week, featuring musicians Dan Finn and Leo Larratt.
Echoing the classic bass-and-guitar duo recordings of Ron Carter and Jim Hall, the series showcases jazz at its most stripped-down, with an emphasis on the Great American Songbook and classics from the jazz canon. Audiences will hear familiar favorites alongside lesser-known selections, all approached with a fresh perspective.

Musicians
Dan Finn (Basist)
Bassist Dan Finn is a graduate of Princeton University and the Manhattan School of Music. Since completing his studies, he has established himself in New York’s vibrant jazz scene, performing with leading jazz artists and at many of the city’s top venues. His playing reflects a deep connection to the jazz tradition and New York’s dynamic community of musicians.
Leo Larratt (Guitar)
Originally from Newcastle, Australia, guitarist Leo Larratt moved to New York at 23 to pursue his passion for jazz. He has performed with acclaimed musicians including George Coleman, Houston Person, Joe Farnsworth, and Emmet Cohen, and studied privately with the late jazz guitar great Russell Malone for two years. Deeply rooted in the traditions of jazz and blues, Leo brings his own distinctive voice to the music.
