Each day’s selection celebrates Corsica’s coastal heritage and the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean, showcasing seafood, handmade pastas, and seasonal produce prepared with creativity and care. Every dish is rooted in tradition yet inspired by our Hudson River waterfront setting at Pier 57 in Hudson River Park.
