Seasonal tortellini en brodo leads into an elegant filet mignon with pomme purée, Burgundy jus and white truffle. Finish on a sweet note with a chestnut Mont Blanc and chocolate financier. Optional wine pairings spotlight small-production Corsican and European selections, perfectly matched to each course, all served against the glow of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.
